A staged or phased development allows for design flexibility when long-term housing needs are uncertain. Designed to satisfy the requirements of either a weekend get-away, or a large family residence with home office, the Masterplan process identifies all possible spatial needs, and provides a solution that will be suitable to meet the needs of the owner now, and into the future. A phased planning approval ensures that occupancy can be granted at the completion of each phase, with no set limit on the project’s ultimate completion.

Designing with externally insulated thermal mass ensures that the house is passively heated in winter, and stays cool during summer without the common reliance on air-conditioning and it’s working.
